Your Daily Affirmation for August 5, 2009:

I affirm that God's universe is complete. It is overflowing with all that is required to fulfill the desires of my heart and needs of the world. The Blessings Already Are. For this, I am grateful.


"The Blessings Already Are," is the translation of an ancient Yoruba saying. Every need, every desire, every dream, every outcome that is rightly yours, already exists. It is supplied first as invisible substance by God through Life and Divine design. In order to see it, have it, be it, you must tune your awareness to the higher level, the spiritual realm. Then thinking, seeing, hearing, doing and resting from that higher level of awareness the invisible blessing becomes visible!
For the most part, there is nothing-- no thing, no situation, no answer-- that you are dreaming of that doesn't already exist or for which the component ingredients don't already exist. The dream house of 2020 is either already here and just happens to be owned by somebody else or its component parts or their precursors exist already. See it this way: the lumber either exists already in the form of a tree, a sapling or seed. Or maybe it's the lumber that will result from the harvesting of the tree that will grow as the 3rd generation of a tree that is growing today:

Tree-- Seed-- Tree-- Seed--Tree-- Lumber-- House!

Likewise the love of your life is already here, somewhere on planet earth or will be born of someone who is here already.

Here's yet another application of this spiritual principle. It may be that health and healing you seek already exists on the other side of a change in diet, a remedy the doctor will connect you to or a alternative medical practice you may learn of from a book or a friend. Similarly, there can be no more peace or joy than exists today. You simply have to dial up to the level of awareness to connect to it and do your part to bring it forth using your God-given abilities to do so. Yes, The Blessings Already Are!!
