At 4'6" and 83 pounds, Keeling started running at 67 at the suggestion of her daughter Shelley and has since gone on to win a number of medals and trophies for her age group. In fact, she ran her first 5K race at 69!
While some aspire to merely live to 95, Keeling hopes to see 108 - four years more than her late grandmother, who passed away at 104. See her inspiring story below.
Would you now considering marathon training?

I am confused about the ending where she says that her late Grandmother was 104 who passed away? Ida is 95? How is that possible? I can see her own mother havin her at 14? That's possible?

DUH! Her grandmother could have died several years ago at 104. I hope you were just having a brain cramp.
