As her hits are enough to give you a full workout while listening to her in your home, Beyonce has teamed up with Michelle Obama and the Let's Move! campaign to create "Move Your Body," a dance workout video set to the tune of her hit song "Get Me Bodied."
"Move Your Body" takes Beyonce's classic song and adds an active, plyometric-heavy dance routine that includes twists, classic dance steps (remember the Running Man?), and cool freestyle moves.
Beyonce's official "Move Your Body" video airs May 3 and will be played in middle schools everywhere, but until then, check out the choreography below.

It is good that she is helping with the First Lady, but please, she has enough money to help with her body and the way it is shaped, why wouldn't she, I know I would.
However, do not be fooled that she is holding her own with her weight, look back at her old pictures.
She will never be hollywood thin.

I LOVE it. But I think Bey's message is that do you have to be a size two to be healthy, she is not a two, and she is proud of her body.
Not into the 'pop' scene, but Bey is an amazing performer and she 'brings it' each an everytime she steps on a stage.
I would totally buy this for my kids, hell...for myself even. The actual video is one of my favs, her 'leading man' in the video makes you want to get up and dance, they bring so much energy.

Aside from that it seems that women of color cannot sing a song with out spreading her legs open, And they always trying to copy white womans hair look to be "pretty" Along with helping overweight kids teach the little girls that they are "pretty" without copying a white look hair doo. Practice your natural beauty.

I think it's good that she's finally doing something to give back-- to at least somebody. she's got a lot of money and influence but never uses it except to promote her music or make-up, so its good she's promoting helath and exercise for American children

dear mrblue
you seem so animate about black women imitating white women. if you see a problem with this, why don't you show black women how she should look. show her how she should embrace her natural beauty. you probably could start a school of beauty, or form a black natural beauty girls club. who knows maybe you start a fad that would make you wealthy and noticed.
SIR, if you can't then i suggest you keep your opinion to yourself.
you have to understand the fact that since the time of slavery, black people came into and was brought up in a white american culture. when slaves step foot on these shores, they were not allowed to practice their african culture which is why it was not passed down from generation to generation. slaves' culture, language, and religion was strip from them. if they were caught practicing their culture they were beaten or killed. anything that looked like a threat to the white man during this time, had to be stopped or elimintated.
mrblue, do you know what african tribe you're from? do yo know your african language?,do you know your african culture?. if the answer is NO, it's because it was never taught. it was taken away from your ancestors. you only know white america culture, which is now the only black american culture we know. if you knew your african culture, would you practice it?
mrblue, black americans only know that we are black americans living in a white american culture that we call our own. if you think that we should be different, by all means get something going. maybe you will have followers.
good luck to you
