Lack. It is what drives us in our need to compete and get ahead. Greed comes from lack. War stems from lack.
Gossiping, bullying, peer pressure, anger, judgment, blame, resentment, sadness and often depression are derived from a sense of lack. What is lack? It is a feeling of insufficiency, a desire for the things you believe you don't have.
My teenage daughters constantly remind me of the lack in our world. My youngest, Kolbi, often comes home from high school sharing stories of how girls bully each other. They are like pack animals. As soon as one steps out of the crowd to be different, the pack lashes out. I'm sure you've heard the saying, "Women are so catty." The reason for this is lack, too. If a woman feels good about herself, she has no reason to attack.
So where does the lack in our world come from? It begins in the home.
I am a spiritual coach, but I am a mom first. Like so many moms, for years I felt a sense of lack in my life. I felt less than. I believed that my children and spouse mattered more than I did. I tried to prove my sense of worthiness by doing everything for my family. I wanted to be the best.

I have experienced lack paycheck to paycheck, getting even more broke from those outrageous high, interest rated payday loans. So it took me a while to get out of that payday loan, broke trap. I created a simple way to make a lot of extra money, right from my home. I clean houses and I sll dinners from my home, I also sell Mary Kay and Avon, and still have my full time job.

Un-white your hair some, and practice your natural beautiful hair look for your daughters selfesteem, They feel they not "pretty" unless she has a straight fake white look. Then teach the daughters selfrespect and birth control wich will keep them from becoming baby mama's till she has lived some life and is mature enough to find a father for her baby and not a baby daddy (there is a difference). As it is today black women are happy just reaching the glass ceiling. Find your true idenitity as a woman of color for the next generation of women.

MrBlue "black" or "white" whatever the case may be. Why don't you get an education before you try and educate us black women. Your lack of ability to structure a simple sentence speaks volumes as
to the lane in which you drive. I don't even know why I am dignifying your ignorance with this comment. You are truly not worth me allowing
you to rent out any space in my mind. I am just so sick of men (or whatever you are) trying to tell us black women what to do or how to act. The last thing we are trying to be is a white women.
Our propblem has been that we have allowed people like you to determine our place in society but not any more "Blue, Black, or White". The World
is coming to grips with the fact that black women are now being recognized for who we are which is the Essence of this country. Just take a good look at the First Black Lady representing the U.S. There
are many more of us - just hold on tight as we take our position and lead more often.
Good Day Mr.Blue - and stop trying to turn this into a blackwomen - whitewomen thing... Please!

Baby mama's got all the answers righ? wrong! Everytime I walk out my door I see at least 50 lost black women copying white women's hair doo thinking she is "pretty" Your problem is not me my little lost one your problem is you let white women dictate what beauty is... So you mimic them is everyway. Black womens other problem is bad attitudes and looking for any reason to complain about black men to make you feel better. Black women complain about black men, But who raised these black men? black women thats who...Whats that say about black women, Black women need to find her own idenitity and practice getting along with black men Copy white women on that, They (white women) listen to their white men, wile black women try to go at it by herself baby mama style messing up her daughters teaching them that copying white straight hair on her head is beautiful for black little girls They follow white women on her head like you then she looks older than her real age and get into that kind of trouble and end up a baby mama destroying her and her children's lives, And her son's see his mother hotcombing her ears and foreheads and bouncing off of man to man crying over break up in between, in turn messing up her sons...Black women's other problem is she copy's white women so with FORCING her hair straight to be "pretty" she pushes black men to look at and date white women for real straight hair over fake false scared of rain straight hair Real reconize real, And real and fake is not a match. Truth hurts... Then you tell us what your problem is... Do you even know? leave Mr Blue's opinion alone. We all have our own let us have it, Its called FREE SPEACH! So don't diginify your ignorance by responding angrily it shows you have issues. PEACE! in_time

@ in_time...You speak about the lane I drive in? I drive my 2010 Mercedes-Benz 550C very well thankyou very much. You come off angry like your father was not in your life and you got no man, (I will understand your comment if thats true) And dignify my comment with a responce? You have to when you know I make some VALID points or else you would not... And as far as men telling you how to act and what do do, Truth is you need guidance and it bothers you. No your not trying to be like white woman and I never said you were, But you are trying to copy and mimic white womans straight stringy hair do style and call your self a beautiful black woman. That false straight hair doo don't look right on a woman of color, You were born with curl and look better with curl. One of your problems is you have no idenitity without copying white woman's hair, You see white women dictates to you what beauty is, thing is whats on her head is natural for her and you hate your own natural, Understand? and your place in society ??? You chose your own place by chosing to be a single baby mama and playing second fiddle to white woman's status wishing to be black but with straight hair, You can't be both. Leave the white look hair to the white women its her natural, practice your own natural (you'll feel better) Curl is black womans true idenitity. And you say your going to become the Essence of this country??? How? remember you relatives started out as slaves, And you have graduated enough only to achieve the glass ceiling (run for president and see) And the first Black lady like all first ladys are the presidents wife, each and everyone will represent the USA in that situation, Just be proud of the fact that she is black. Take your position to lead? where from? on your backs? I don't see black women becoming higher than Condoleza Rice in this country. And I'm not trying to turn this into a black or white thing, You miss my point, comprehend that what I'm saying is black women are black but they walk around wearing white woman's hair doo's wile being "black" FEEL ME NOW?

Too often we place another before ourself, ignoring the fact that we must recognize our own value and beauty.
