Don't think Michelle Obama's trip to South Africa with her daughters Sasha and Malia meant taking a break from sharing her passion for health and fitness. Yesterday, while meeting with dozens of South African kids at the new Cape Town Stadium, Michelle imparted these words of wisdom: "It's hard to have an impact if you're not in the best condition possible."
To prove her point, she got Archbishop Desmond Tutu to do a little flexing of his own for the young crowd.
You know you're a big deal when you can get historic icons to drop and give you twenty. Go 'head, Michelle!

Our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit. It is important to take care of our bodies to continue the cause for equality and justice. I really like the message First Lady Obama is sharing on health and fitness. South Africans and African Americans have overcome so many struggles. To stay strong people not only need to keep their bodies healthy, but our mind and spirit. A broken spirit can break your being. The Bible mentions (a broken spirit can cause the bones to break (paraphased). The link to excellent health is to have a relationship with God's Spirit. Then everything else will come into balance.

Proof that Obama's birth certificate is a FRAUD:

Kerning impossible on a 1961 typewriter.
You can magnify the certificate on the internet for yourself and see the kerning.
