Eric, its sad that you speak as you do. Yes, there just may be more black women on welfare. I don't know the %. But I will say at least most black women are trying to take care of their children next to killing them. Now do the % of unwanted white children that white women has killed next to black women. No they don't need to stop welfare. The system is set up for them to continue to fail. Yes there are many, many women period on welfare. But stop looking at the women so much and look at the men who also laid down and have children. It's a two party thing. women don't have children alone. But Eric get you a life. How many children you have and don't know about. Ooops, I sorry I kind of thought you were gay!

Just, because I don't support, nor believe in welfare? you really need to get out of the "hood" more, because you'll, be surprised to know that lots of black people don't support welfare, and never have! Perhaps, you're also not aware that we as a people are not "monolithic". Back in the day welfare was the last thing that black people wanted to received, because then black people had real pride and dignity, and also the majority of black families were two parent homes. BW made the choice to embrace the welfare system, which mandated that the BM be expelled from his home, his children, and his family! And, anyone that's not blind can clearly see the devastating pathetic results of that decision.
That's when BW started all that "I don't need no man nonsense!" Perhaps you need to go back, and study your own history....which apparantly you severally lack knowledge. Now, today the majority of you in fact don't have a man, can't get one, nor even keep one! And, most no longer want you either. What, does high incarceration rates have to do with the number of welfare recipients? That's one of the most ridiculous things that I've ever heard! The overwhelming majority of black people that are on the welfare rolls are black women, and children...ever heard of AFDC? And, the major contributing factor for that is that BW as stated previously don't practice safe sex, that's also why BW are the highest risk group for HIV/AIDS, and STD's. The majority of BW want to get pregnant, so that they can qualify for welfare in the first place! So, that they can get the benefits. That's, just pimping the system.
As, for incarceration rates, yes BM have high numbers, and just in case you're not aware, or willing to openly admit...so do BW! If, daddy and mommie, and grand mommie are going to jail, then why are you all that surprised to see your sons, and daughters going as well? Welfare creates poverty, and is a well known formula for increasing crime, and criminals! Which, again includes both BM and BW! But, crime plays absolutely no part in continuing to pump out OOW babies at such an alarming rate! That process is fed by BW's poor life choices to have unwanted babies, and not first getting married. Like, the old saying goes, "No ring...No womb"!
Now to your point about the lack of employment opportunities, some I will agree with, but most of those that can't find employment is for the most part directly due to both their failure to pass a background check, and the "lack of education"....which also has direction correlation to "babies having babies", and the continuing failure of welfare mothers not instilling the proper values in their children. Because, in the overwhelming majority of cases they to have no education, nor marketable skills. Lastly, whether you want to agree, or not there are BW that simply want to "get over", and milk the system. That's, a fact, and sadly also a harsh reality. I see mothers who are married, and working everyday that can't get the same perts that a welfare mother can for staying at home all day sitting on her butt watching television. That's not fair, but that's exactly what's going on especially in the black community. FDR? Oh, please! That was almost 70 years ago! ..lol Get real! Legislation doesn't have "thing one" to do with one's personal responsibility! Sorry, that dog ain't going hunt!

I am going to say this as tactfully as I can. I hear all this hopping and hollering about a Black woman can't keep her legs closed..she ain't nothing but a lazy slob, uneducated, stupid, unmarried, blah blah blah. It is very sad to see that NOBODY puts the blame on these ignorant BLACK MEN. You know why, because they don't want to take care of their child and walks away. So who is the responsibility lay on? The mother. And since she is the mother she's not going to abandon her child. So we take the heat of everyones rant. Never mind she didn't get herself pregnant or the father just said, "fuck it. I'm not doing this shit anymore. Bye." Or the fact that just about 90% of all marriages didn't not start with just that partner. (virgin anyone) Or the fact that most black men are infected with std's and HIV/AIDs and pass it on to their partners, even if their married. Who puts the blame on these ignorant, fuck any and everything in sight, don't give a fuck if I do make a baby...I don't have to take care of it., UNEMPLOYED, worthless peices of shit.

You, can have doubts about my ethnicity all you want, but that doesn't change the reality that I'm a BM. Are, you implying that BM and BW can't think outside the box, or have to always "toe the line" to think just as other blacks do? Or, to go a step further have to prove that they're black enough to be considered black? That's, nothing but the sad, and all too well known predictable ghetto mentality that most black people have "locked" themselves into! I couldn't help but to reply. I said I was only going to do a few comments but, what the hell. YOU are the reason why black people just can't be "black." Another thing, you don;t have to use so many "complex" words to prove that you are educated. That's the problem with this culture...meaning the "African-American" culture. We are so stuck on being accepted that we feel that the only way to make it is to seem "caucasian" (lol). You are a product of Amerika. There's nothing wrong with learning how to embrace other cultures...but to discredit your own history at the expense of BW in this case, as YOU put it it so, lets say, fuckin ignorant.
Now on to the subject at hand.
I've already posted on your previous comment...and YOU had a lot of facts wrong. It's funny how this other person questioned your ethnicity, because of just now, I have to too. (as stated earlier in this comment) It's not all about thinking outside the box...it's just about plain ole' thinking, which you seem to be lacking. You black men are the root of all problems. Yup. I said it.
Ask any white person, latino, asian, or any other non-African-American if they feel safe around you all. OR, for that matter why are there so many men in prison. OR why are there so many uneducated brothas, WAAAAY more than Black women, mexicans and white people put together. Why can't so many black men fill out an application properly. OR why do you make all these babies and then walk away.
Here's a tip: before you actually try to say "these are facts" you must research first, Mr. Educated. You didn't. If you did you will see there are more non - African-Americans on welfare. Mexicans, Arabs, and white people take that role. You really are not that smart as you think you are...really.

Compassion? Well, that's what the taxpayer's also want as well! Why, continue to provide funds for individuals that continue to make "their" poor life choices, and then want someone else foot the bill? Next, you'll want the tax payer's dime to also pay your cable bill as well. Now, in all truth if those women had to reach in their own pockets, and pay their own way for their choices in life, then I can tell you right now the overwhelming majority of these OOW babies would never be born. Because, they'd be practicing safe sex! Because, they simply wouldn't be able to pay for their medical bills, diapers for their babies, housing, and in general most if not all of their expenses that are incurred with having a child. So, let's be fair...why then should society be held hostage for someone else's behavior, and their life's choices? That's, the core issue that's on the table, and has always ben on the table. If, a woman makes the choice to lay down, not practice safe sex, and as a result has an OOW baby then let her assume full financial responsibility. It's really just that simple! These BW today want to continue to have these babies then why not get married first? What's wrong with that approach? It's certainly the best thing for the baby.

So, stop your usual lying. Again, you wonder why so many BW are and will continue to be alone, because the truth just isn't in you, but in all fairness that's the way your mother's raised you! Because they're also angry, and bitter just as you've learned to be as well. That's why 45% of all BW will never get married in their lifetimes, why 70% are single mostly with the usual OOW babies, and only 29.8% of all BW in the US are married! the least for all other races of women. Nobody wants to, or is marrying BW. Because you're considered to be undesirable by all races of men. Those are the real facts! Go check it out for yourself!

Because, the real facts are, and continue to be that BW are the highest risk group in the US today for all races, and both genders! Two out of every three cases for women of all races are yes you got it...Black women! Black women are the most dieased segment of the American population today with "67%" of all the reported cases of HIV/AIDS. And the reason for that is that BW as a group continue to fail to embrace safe sex practices like other races of women! That's also why BW continue to also have the highest rates of pregnancy, abortions, and the highest statistics for STD's. And, their are several clinical studies to prove, and verify just that! So, if you're tired of hearing things of this nature, then try changing your attitudes, and your well know irresponsible behavior, and then as usual trying to blame someone else for your lack of personal responsibility to and for yourself. That's a tired, and unless argument. Oh, one more thing before you hit the door. Take your perpetual denial with as well. BW like you said that they don't no man, okay well like the old saying goes, "be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it! And, BW did just that! Now, nobody wants you, even your own men. That's, why more and more BM are moving on to be with non-BW!
