How can I give thanks for "everything"? Because my life is created, guided and directed by God; therefore every experience within our lives is either a blessing or a lesson--- which can become a blessing if mastered and applied. With God as the ever-present Source of my life, I can confidently say it's all good and give thanks for it all.

God made each of us with unlimited power to create. Some of us know it, most of us don't and few of us use it to its potential to create 'heaven on earth'. This Creation Power lies within each and every one of us in this present moment and at all points in time. It is activated simply by our thinking, by our thoughts.

Whether they are focused on positive or negative, abundance or lack, things beautiful or grotesque or health or sickness, our thoughts call into action our God-given Creation Power which blesses us with assistance necessary to move our thoughts into physical expression--- in the divinely appointed time. The more intense and frequent a thought is, the greater the assistance of Creation Power. As I think, so I manifest. And so it is.

Today I am on a mission of beauty. I begin this mission affirming that God is the very essence of beauty and the creator of this enormous universe of beauty. Next, I look in the mirror to behold the beauty in myself as one of the divine offspring of God. Made in the image and likeness of God, my form and my spirit both reflect God's beauty. Leaving the mirror in deep gratitude and confidence, I go about my day in a consciousness of God's Beauty. From this consciousness I seek and find God's Beauty in everyone I encounter whether I know them or not; like them or not; agree with them or not. Today I am on a mission of beauty. I look with wonder at the beauty that lies before me---and I give total thanks to God. Mission accomplished. Amen and amen.

Dear Readers:
Today Spirit leads me to take a different approach from the usual affirmation format. And where Spirit leads I go. Today I want to write and share in a different way. First, I want to acknowledge my missing yesterday's posting. I know a number of you look forward to these postings, so i really try not to miss days. The truth is that after a long long work day, I was up late packing for a long-awaited trip to Taos New Mexico where I am now joyfully and gratefully recharging, renewing and reviving in the mountains, clean air and the full moon of this early morning--connecting with God expressed as phenomenally beautiful nature. If you've never been to Taos, try it out. Surely the presence of the Lord is in this place. So I beg your pardon and intend to be steady and regular going forward.

Secondly, I want to thank you for your readership, your many emails of kindness and support, your encouragement and even the occasional criticism. Your tuning in not only motivates me to continue writing fresh affirmations daily, but you keep me true to my sometimes-challenging commitment to blog something positive, uplifting and inspirational every weekday morning. So I thank you and hold a prayerful vision of accelerated blessings for you and your family.

Finally, feel free to write and offer suggestion for inspirational, affirmative topics that I might use as the basis of a day's entry--that sort of input would be absolutely awesome and appreciated.

From time to time I may find myself in the midst of challenging circumstances, unwanted experiences or threatening conditions. In such times I remember this Truth that sets me free: Wherever I AM, God is, and all is well. For me, there is always a way out. And that way out is through God, my Source for the intelligence, the guidance, the strength, the creativity, the grace and the miracles I need to survive and thrive in any adverse situation. God is my Source. And I thrive through God.
